The jumping version of the workout is advanced and NOT suitable to complete beginners.
There are no-jumping modifications for each exercise that will get you a workout, but not raise the heart rate as much as the jumping exercises.
If you’re looking to lose weight and burn fat, especially belly fat, a combination of strength workouts, cardio workouts and diet is the most effective.
