Hi there! Today I am making a green juice for you. This is made in a juicer but can easily be made in a blender if you do not have one. Simply add all of the ingredients in the blender with a little water and strain it through some cheesecloth.

This juice is made with kale, cucumber, green apple, celery and ginger. The combination is not only delicious, it is super nutritious. I like drinking it first thing in the morning! Enjoy!

Green Kale Juice

4 kale leaves, with stems — washed and halved
2 – inch piece of ginger — washed
1 small organic cucumber — washed and halved
1 green apple — quartered
2 stalks celery — washed and halved

Place all the ingredients through the juicer. Serve and enjoy.


Add all the ingredients with a 1/2 cup of water. Strain through cheesecloth. Enjoy!
