Obviously, we were skeptical, but the Quest Test Kitchen has come up with a perfect little morsel. These Questified Peanut Butter Cup Cheeseballs would not be out of place at your finer New Year’s Eve galas. Since we at the Quest blog were not invited to any of those, we grabbed a cooler full and skedaddled. If only we had the recipe, we wouldn’t have to make these last all year. Oh. Ingredients

QUESTIFIED PEANUT BUTTER CUP CHEESEBALL

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl, use a rubber spatula to fold together the cream cheese, peanut butter, sweetener and protein powder until smooth.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball and roll it in the chopped Quest Peanut Butter Cups.
  3. Wrap in plastic and chill until ready to serve. Serve with fruit and pretzels.
